The Contact Us and News sections have some cool enhancements I added for functionality:

• Contact us - boasts a Google Mapping API;
  
  
• News - incorporates an RSS feed to provide freshly published content(a + for SEO) - seems to be down right now
  
  
• I'm looking forward to working with the new Google Mapping language (KML) being universal- and standardized through OGC soon. Here's a recent implementation of that markup language in action (requires GoogleEarth plugin installation)
